KNUN criticizes implementation of new Health Act

The Kenya National Union of Nurses has challenged the implementation of a new Health Act saying it denies them the chance to hold managerial positions. The union wants the High Court to suspend the implementation of the law which they term as discriminatory. The union said the law is unconstitutional because there was no public participation.
